I'm Kamran Hashmi — a software engineer from India crafting clean, scalable Flutter apps and MERN web platforms, from architecture to production deploy.
The short version of how I work — and what I actually spend my days doing.
I'm a Software Engineer based in India with 1+ year of experience at a startup, working primarily as a Flutter developer alongside the MERN stack.
Day to day, I build and deploy mobile apps to the Play Store and web apps to Vercel and VPS environments — taking features from architecture through to production.
I also lead a small team at work: coordinating developer responses, handing work off to clients, sitting in client meetings, and reporting up while reviewing work from junior devs and interns.
MVVM, feature-first structure, and repository pattern — built to scale past a single sprint.
Play Store releases and live web deploys, not just local builds.
Coordinates a small dev team, client meetings, and code reviews — without stepping away from code.
Grouped the way I actually reach for them, not just a list.
One role so far — but a lot of surface area within it.
